Screening
This initial interview is to screen for level of experience, general understanding of how to perform the role based on background and experience. Also screening for culture fit and ability to succeed in TSL's environment.
- Stage 4
Team Intro
Once a candidate has been through the initial phone screening, they will be introduced to one (or a few) team members. This interview is more informal and an opportunity for a candidate to ask technical questions, get into the role, and specific expectations and responsibilities.
- Stage 5
Work Example
Candidates will be given a writing prompt, some sort of case study, or a writing test. We are evaluating grammar, strategic approach, and creativity.

Final Interview
Final interview with The Social Lights leadership team.
